If the carpet area is less than 2000 sq feet and sale value of the flat is less than 1 crore service tax payable at 14.5% on 25% (30% for others)sale value including land.

Sir Thanks for your reply......... If it is hotel & air ticket means the same 5% tax applicable or ? (Because we are providing three services to customers,,,,,, previously it was air ticket 0.7 5 on basic fare , hotel 1.5%, tour package 9% )

Sir, we have air ticket vendor, they are giving commission for us for air ticket booking,,,,,,,, commission only we are going to pay tax,,,,,,, what will be the tax applicable on commission?
