Sir,
I have taken user id & password for Filling ST-1 online. But while filling ST-1 online,when I click on the search icon to select service provided menu list of service not available on screen.Single list ie.other than in the negative list appeared on screen.
As I wish to apply for Goods Transport Agent Service.But above problem occured.
please help me.

Since only one service tax code is operative from 01.07.12 (for payments from july 12), in future there is no separate service and separate code for the new assessees. You get the RC as other than in the negative list i.e it includes all taxable service including GTA. But while making payment use separate challan for reverse charge and key as GTA in the challan remarks column.
