Service tax rate has been increased to 14%.
And the swacch Bharat Cess which is 2%.
The question is how to add cess on service tax or on Service value??
Which of following is correct?
A) 14%+2% = 16% or
B) 14%+2%(14%) = 14.28%

Revised Service Tax Rate will be applicable from 01.06.2015.
