Can u get a new pan card with new number

if a PAN has already been issued to you, applying for another PAN shall be an offense under Income-tax act.
you can only get a duplicate PAN.

PAN No is a one time unique no. allotted to an assessee. U can make correction in PAN details. But PAN no will not b altered.
