dear sir/madam
pls let me knw the mandatory documents required for applying new DIN????
and also DIN 1, DIN 2 n DIN 3 all the three are compulsory to file??????

1. One colour photograph
2. self attested copy of PAN card.
3. self attested copy of address proof and identity proof.
4. Declaration in prescribed format ,called as annexure-1.
5. Govt fee 100/- per application.
Din-1 is application form and it is compulsory.
Din-2 is to intimate number to the Company and it is also compulsory.
Din-3 is applicable / mandatory to those director's appointed before 1/7/2007 and used by the company to register the DIN in MCA portal.
