New change in manual IT return filing

10 May 2011 When I went to file the income tax return for the financial year 2010-2011 (Ass. Year 2011-12), they insisted to get the form in colour and will not accept the Black and white ordinary forms. Is there any amendments regarding this in this Ass.year? What is the object behind this? The forms will be costlier since it is to be printed in colour. Online filing is not possible now(for business class). Till date ITR-4 has not been enabled. How many days we have to wait for loading the form in site? Is there any idea? Please clarify...
