sir in many case (prop.concern or company ) earn more profit & they do not show in their books is there any trick to find out or cross check it

if the entity is hell bent on hiding its profits, it wont be that easy to trail the cash transactions. You need to do a proper forensic audit to catch hold of such leakages.
