20 December 2009 As Per Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881. Section 24 what do u mean by “ after sight”. With the examples

Phir Aa gaye !

After Sight means whenever the instrument is shown; the payment is to be made.

For example; it you present a bearer cheque to the bank; the bank has to pay it which is known as "after sight."
