I made a payment to a party through NEFT mode. I also get the UTR No. from the bank. But how could I check my UTR No. in online.

UTR number is Internal correspondace between banks, you can ask the status to your banker or receving banker

utr number is a internal affair of bank, you cant check the same online, u can enquire the same from bank against your utr number
