I've November 2012 edition of the module and Ref.book manoharan's for assessment period 2013-14,so my query is will this book do for my May '14 attempt or not?
And are there any major amendments or changes in the portion?
Pls revert.

for May 14, you need Assessment Year 2014-15 (finance Act 2013). So kindly update yourself by referring to supplementary study material issued by ICAI.
