03 February 2010 I want to know whether i can do direct tax ca final of my own or i need coching?

I cleared pcc nov 09 of my own(80% own & 20% coching) and my final attemt is due in may2011...
And do i need coching for other subjects like accounts,mafa etc...?

Also plz refer a buk for self study for D.Tax?
presently buks are available for A/y 2010-11.In my attempt ,it will be for A/y 2011-12..
as we knoe budget is due to come..when new editions generally comes out or shall i buy present available book?

03 February 2010 You may go for self study but proper guidance is very important.

For tax practical refer singhania.
For tax theory refer Girish ahuja or TN manoharan
