There is nothing like important topics in CA exams... we really cant predict anything... So I wil suggest not to look for important topics and cover everything

Go through the scanner. See the weightage of each chapter. Chapter witg higher weightage should be given more attention but no chapter should be left out. Prepare for all chapters. Give due attention to amendments in accounts due to Companies Act 2013.
