14 July 2008 in a internal reconstruction . any debit site balance t/f to goodwill or any credit site site balance t/f to capital reserve account is it right or not give me logic debit site balance means profit or loss . in a reconstruction account if there are credit site is more than that of debit side than there is profit & t/f to capital reserve or goodwill
