23 June 2023 Greetings !

I have intraday losses, short term and long term capital gains.
No salary income or no business income.

So in ITR 3,
1. which section among 44ad/44ada is to be selected ?
2. what to be mentioned in Schedule Nature of business ? (business code, name etc)

Kindly clarify my doubts,
