02 November 2012 Two companies are incorporated with the same name. One co. is incorporated in 1972 (chennai) & other in 1994 (orissa) . As our co.(incorporated in 1972) wants to give notice to the other co. to change the name? Pls tell me the whole procedure regarding this with relevant case laws & sections also.

I will suggest you to firstly inspect the company and check the details of the resemble company.

If the details is resemble then make a letter to ROC of your concern ROC for clarifications.
