08 December 2007 LPG Gas cylinders are sold by charging VAT 4%. but no entry in Schdule C is found.

09 December 2007 LPG for domestic use fall under the declared goods under section 14 of the CST Act. Hence, it can not be taxed at arate more than 4%.
You may lso refer querry no,. 1117 in website of Maharastra VAT.
