Mvat return for dealer to whom mvat audit is applicable

Hello,
I'm a dealer who's frequency is 6-monthly and VAT audit is applicable to me. I've made the payment on 8th April but I haven't uploaded my return yet. What is the last date? And what annexures do I need to file? I thought I could upload the return without any annexures since I'm already liable to VAT audit and every annexure goes in my VAT audit Report under Form 704 whose due date is 31st Jan 2013???

As you are covered by VAT audit , no nedd to fill any annexure.
Due date for Half yearly dealers is 30 th April.

Hasn't the due date been extended to some date in month of May even for audit dealers? Any also, I assume there is a 10 day grace period for upload of return for any asseses, correct?

10 days grace is available if you made payment on or before 30 th April that is Dur date.
And date is not extended for Audit dealers,
And date is not extended for Audit dealers,

Another question:
In case of non-audit dealers, has the due date been extended for all dealers whether their frequency is monthly/quarterly/half yearly or has it been extended only for half yearly dealers?
And what is the extended due date? Is it 30th June?
