Dear Sir,
For one single tax invoice, can we generate multiple eway bill because goods being transported in two different vehicle, or we need to make two separate invoice.

For a single tax invoice, it is possible to generate multiple e-way bills if the goods are being transported in two different vehicles. This is usually done when the entire consignment cannot be transported in one vehicle due to size, weight, or logistical constraints. The process involves generating a master e-way bill for the full quantity and then updating it with details of multiple vehicles, each carrying a portion of the consignment, typically after goods reach a transshipment point. Each vehicle will then have a corresponding part of the consignment referenced in the e-way bills, which can be managed under a multi-vehicle e-way bill option on the e-way bill portal. Delivery challans must accompany the goods in each vehicle as a proof of movement and are referenced in all e-way bills related to that consignment.
