MOU with IGNOU

Hello Sir,
I am a CA final student (Cleared first group and appearing second group in Nov 2010 Old course). I have not done B.Com , my question is do i qualify for B.Com from IGNOU as per the MOU between the institute and IGNOU. I would appreciate if anyone could guide me with the same .
If possible please forward a link regarding the subject matter .

Dear Ms. Chandni
It is good that you are doing CA and passed one group of Final, and wanted to do B Com from IGNOU. It is not any condition that the person who are pursuing CA should be graduate in any subject, but, as per current situation in corporate filed it will give you wattage in comparison to other if you are graduate in commerce and Law.
So I will suggest you that it is good step that you have taken to do B Com.
