more tds deduct on salary

in my form 16 wrong salary show and more tds is shown and employer refuse to rectify tds return and i filled itr with correct salary then i will get tds refund? and income tax deptt send me notice for not showing form 16 salary?

You will receive notice from income tax dept for not showing form 16 salary. Ask your employer to rectify the TDS return.
