Kindly inform that can we organize a telephonic board meeting?

As per mu knowledge, telephonic board meeting is a not proper mode of conducting meeting so it will be not consider under the Act, however in current situation after issued of circular no 27/28 2011 issued by MCA vedio conferencing is permitted to call a meeting of shareholders and Board.
