22 October 2012 Can any one provide me the format of MOA and AOA for Travel agent.

Travel agency is in business mainly in corporate travel. i.e. online and offline service provider

Online portal:- Air ticketing (both international and domestic)visa

Offline:- air ticketing,IRCTC, visas, misc services related to travel specific.

Main objects of Tour and Travel Company

1. To encourage and provide the business as package tour operators, daily passenger service operators, tour operators, travel agents, ship booking agents, railway ticket booking agents, airlines ticket booking agents, carrier service agents, courier service agents.

2. To carry on the business of running of taxies, buses, mini buses, trucks and conveyances of all kinds and to transport passengers, goods, commodities, livestocks, merchandise and to do the business of transporters, forwarding and transporting agents, stevedore, carmen, whatfingers, cargo superintendents, package handlers and carting contractors.

3. To carry on the business as tourist agents and contractors and to facilitate traveling and to provide for tourists and travelers, the provision of convenience of all kinds in the way of through tickets, sleeper cars, or berths, reserved places, hotel, motel and lodging, accommodation guidance, safe deposits, enquiry bureaus, libraries, reading rooms, baggage transport and other allied services. 4. To act as Money Changers to provide services that may be necessary for the achievement of the aforesaid objects.

Procedural requirement for formation of new company:

1. Obtain Digital signature of one of the promoter/director
2. Obtain DIN of at least two director
3. After obtaining approved DIN file Form 1A with ROC for name availability
4. If name is available ROC give name with in 3 days from the date of assigning
5. U will print at least two MOA and AOA.
6. File Form 1, 18, and 32 with the concerned ROC with the prescribed as given in Schedule X
7. File document like MOA and AOA for correction and other formalities, if required
8. After verification of documents of incorporation, ROC generate the Company Identification Number (CIN) and issue certificate of Incorporation at the registered address of the company

Payment of fee for respective form for incorporation of Pvt. Ltd.

1. For Form 1A is fixed of Rs. 1000/-
2. For Form 1 u should pay as per your Authorised Capital
3. Form 18 fee is Rs. 500/-
4. Form 32 fee is Rs. 500/-

If you wanted to pay fee first of all your longing should be on MCA portal. Payment of challan will be made online through MCA Portal.
