i had registered for both the groups in nov 2013 .. bt due to som personal issue i was not able to attend tax exam.. i know that my group 1 result wil b fail.. but will that effect my group 2.. i mean if i give all d 3 exams of group2, will it be valid??

yes , it will be valid,

group 2 remain valid. If you receive any exemption, that too shall be valid for Group 2 for next three consecutive attempts.
