Mismatch in parta and part b of form 16

The amount shown in part a as amount paid is Rs. 493000 as is in 26AS. However amount shown in part b of form 16 as salary is 589000 further deduction in 80C is Rs. 72000 only. Which makes total income Rs. 517000. And tax is appropriately defucted on 517000. What is reason of this mismatch and if i file return with rs. 493000 and claim refund, what is the probability of getting a notice from I.T because amount of salary match with 26AS i.e. rs. 493000.
