Please write about 1. Industry 2.Expnsion level of branches 3.ERP /software used ,because in these components ,things may be decided

1.Take Trial Balance first of every branch and it should be linked with Accounts heads to create below mentioned details -
Sheet 1 :Branch Income & Expenses Details for month ,since inception for Financial year
Sheet 2 :Cash flow & fund flow statements for month /year/inception
Sheet 3 :Details of Accounts Receivable
Sheet 4 :Details of Accounts Payable
Sheet 5 :Site Stock
Sheet 6 :Details of Capital Expenses (Preliminary) for month/since inception/for year
Sheet 7 :Petty cash position
Sheet 8 :Bank reconciliation statement
Sheet 9 :Manpower Status
Sheet 10:Site financial progress
For aforesaid ,provisions may be made for expenses made but invoices not received
