17 December 2010 For adjournment, no resolution need to be passed as the adjournment is the result of absence of quorum.
The fact of adjournment of the orignal meeting simply needs to be recorded in the adjourned meeting.

You prepare the minutes of both meeting in first minutes you will give the details of items passed and reasons of adjournment and in the next minutes you will continue with giving details of original meeting and pass the balance agenda items.
