Minor Income from rent and having PAN , now service receiver asking PAN no for TDS deduction should i need to provide my (father) PAN No or minor, If Minor PAN then how to claim TDS.

Minor income is clubbed with the income of his or her parents whose income is greater before including such income u/s 64 therefore father's PAN should be given so that he may claim TDS.
