Do a pvt ltd company has to file mgt 14 for investment done in bank fd of rs.10000 or rs.50 lakh ...is their any critaria for investment ...in which mgt 14 to be filed as per section 179 (3).?

You have to file MGT 14 in realtion board resolution passed to invest the funds of the company
