09 July 2012 Dear Experts,

We are registering a new Private Company Limited by Shares.
my queries are:
1) is it necessary to apply sign of Diector(Subscriber)/round seal of the Company on the each page/cover-page/Certificate of Incorporation on the Memorandum & Articles of Association after prining sets of MoA & Aoa (not while filing Form 1 but after Incorporation of the Company, when we print few no. of sets of MoA & AoA.)??

2) What is the Common practice about original Subscription tables? we need to keep it our selves (with promoters original copy of MoA AoA) or with our CS?

3) is It necessary to include Acknowledgement of E Stamp duty payment in each set of MoA & AoA???
