21 June 2012 Can any one Kindly tell me the Main Objects of the "Mineral company"

because we incorporate the company online but ROC sent two times that your objects are not match with Company

So please help

You can use following main object of the proposed company:

Main objects of Breweries and Distilleries Company
1. To carry on the business of dealers, stockists, distributors, and agents and to act as exporters and importers of brewers and mallsters, and to deal in mineral water soft and hard drink, spirit and wine merchants and items made from agriculture based products.

2. To carry on all or any of the businesses of hope merchants an growers, malt factors corn merchants, wine and spirit merchants and importers , and distillers, coopers and bottlers, bottle makers, bottle stopper makers, potters, manufacturers of and dealers in aerated and mineral waters, and other drinks, licensed victuallers, hotel keepers , beer-house keepers, restaurants keepers, lodging house keepers, ice manufacturers and merchants, tobacconists, farmers, dairymen, yeast dealers, grain sellers and drinkers, timber merchants, brick makers, finings manufacturers and isinglass merchants.

3. To set up and carry on the business as breweries, distilleries and manufacturers of and merchants and dealers in beer, ale, port, stout , wines, whiskies intoxicating or not, produced from all kinds of ingredients, raw materials and or malt, malt products, hops, yeast, essences, flavours, concentrates and so on.
