Membership and cop fee

(Querist)
16 September 2012 I am a practising chartered accountant. I have sent a draft of membership and COP fee in the month of april. But I have not received any acknowledge of the same.
Now, I have recd. a SMS in which written is - membership and COP fee is due and pay by 30.9.2012.
I donot know what to do?
How can I know if the draft has been recd by the ICAI or not?
Is there any service on the site from where I can verify whethter the fee si recd. by the institute or not?

Plz reply as it is very very urgent.
