25 December 2015 Services provided by Arbitral tribunal is exempted for other than business entity whose turnover is more than 10 lacs.

25 December 2015 Sir, their are Arbitral Tribunals for many countries.... Whether service provided by any Arbitral tribunal is exempt, irrespective of country...??????

26 December 2015 Taxable territory for service tax is India except J&K. No service tax payable for services rendered out side India.
