My query here is... " Services provided by any Arbitral tribunal(Indian and foreign) is exempt" ??????

Services provided by Arbitral tribunal is exempted for other than business entity whose turnover is more than 10 lacs.

Sir, their are Arbitral Tribunals for many countries.... Whether service provided by any Arbitral tribunal is exempt, irrespective of country...??????

Taxable territory for service tax is India except J&K. No service tax payable for services rendered out side India.
