25 February 2013 issue 1:one Pvt Ltd company (A. Ltd) is paying insurance premium on behalf of its employee and such employee also covers its sister concern's (B. Ltd)employees. in future it can be said that B. Ltd employees are on payroll of A.ltd. or are the employees of A.ltd.

Issue 2: Can A.Ltd can raise Debit note on B Ltd for recovering of such expenses.

No it can not be said B. ltd employees ar eon payroll of A ltd. only on the basis of Ins. Perm. Paid.

Yes, A ltd. can raise Debit Note for recovering such expenses.
