Dear Sir/Madam,
our company salary structure includes Medical allowance as a part of our gross salary, can i claim medical exps. for deduction U/s 10.
also which medical exps. can i claim? whether exps. such as "Slim Fit Tablets" allowed for deduction?

Fixed medical allowance is taxable whereas reimbursement of actual medical expenses is tax free upto Rs.15,000 per annum.
