My client have a hospital for more than 10 beds.
How can i applly for exemption of medical benefits from perquisite value in respect of medical treatment of prescribed diseases or ailments in hospitals approved by the Chief Commissioner.
Please inform me the procedure for application.

YOU HAVE TO APPLY TO CHIEF COMMISSIONER IN STATUTORY FORM. BUT I DOUBT WHETHER EXEMPTION SHALL BE GRANTED FOR SUCH SMALL HOSPITAL.
