09 November 2010 Is it mandetory for a private ltd. co. to file form 23ACA with P/L as an attachment, because P/L is also required to be attached with form 23AC along with balance sheet?

09 November 2010 Yes it is mandatory as P &L figures are filled in form 23ACA and the form 23AC would not be accepted without the attachment of form 23ACA.

09 November 2010 In other words P & L account and its schedules,if any, in pdf format is to be attached with e-form 23ACA. Balance sheet along with its schedule,if any, in pdf format is to be attached with e-form 23AC.

10 November 2010 Yes PL is to be attached with Form 23ACA as an attachment. But PL is not required and should not be attached with Balance Sheet in Form 23AC.

-Notice
-Director Report
-Balance Sheet
-Schedule of Balance Sheet
-Notes to Account

You Can attach following documents with Form 23ACA
-Profit & Loss Account
-Schedule of Profit & loss Acount
-Notes to Account

These are general attachment for company.

10 November 2010 Sorry I disagree. Form 23ACA of a private limited company cannot be seen on MCA portal even by paying requisite fees.
