Mca form not approved science 06/07/2013

18 July 2013 Hi experts
we have applied a form 1A in ROC-Delhi on 6/07/2013.

but till date the status shows "Pending for Action"

I have call many time to Delhi-Roc but they says to do wait only.

even no response received to user complain.

Please provide some suggestion regarding this situation.

Most of the people facing the same problem....

Form-1A filed on 08/07/2013 is not assigned till date.

19 July 2013 Even Form 1A filled in 07.06.2013 not approved due to following reason:

"provide RBI/SEBI Noc"

And the Company has nothing to do with RBI/SEBI.

Not getting what ROC official want..

I think, you will have a provision in your main object like finance or trading securities, so ROC has demand the same.

19 July 2013 Yes Ajay the main object of the said Company is:-

"To carry on the business of sale and purchase of shares, stocks, units, debentures stocks"

However the Company has not started/ done any business since its inception..nor taken any loan from public or Financial Institutions.Further the said Company is Pvt Ltd. Company.

In this case why RBI/ SEBI will give any NOC for name change.

Pls advise if u have gone throgh any such case?
