Is there any benifit of joining MBF course of ICAI? Also if I join this course in Kolkata now and then if i am transffered to some other city, then can i continue this course?

there is not much value add to be honest. Rather do MBA, even if in distance mode only, from Symbiosis or exec MBA from IIMs.
