09 March 2009 IGNOU is costly but you can conviently write the exams. ie two papers once in 6 months. Dont join for installmet scheme. Becasue if you fail to pay they are recovering like loan lenders.

Madurai university is cheaper compared to ignou. But you have to write 5papers at a time.

Depending on your savings and time you have to decide.
