sir i am a contractor & my deducted tds by other party.1.60 lakh.previous year 2009-2010 & my total tax for previous year 2009-2010 is 1.58 lakh. than sir can i get refund all my tds amoubt(1.58 lakh) when i fill income tax return on 31 july.

See.. the last date of IT return was 31st july...
But, even you can file the return now... upto March 31,2011, without any hassles.
Further, You can claim the refund in your IT return for the difference of (Tax paid by you including TDS deducted by your party less the total Tax liability.
In your case .. it seems.. Rs. 2000/- plus tax paid by you(if any)
