23 September 2010 No Surcharge and Education cess on TDS RATES would be levied w.e.f.19th August 2009. except salary and none residence co.
Sir Plz Tell Me Will Surcharge and Education cess Applicable On Tds .sir plz tell me in tds sercharge & education cess kaha lagega or kaha nahin lagega.
