Please tell me Average daily wages means only Basic Salary or Basic Salary+HRA+TA+Other allowance (Gross Salary) in Maternity Leaves a Private Limited Company in Uttar Pradesh ?

it will be as per the terms and conditions of the employment. There is no any Act per se.
Normally the leave salary does NOT include Travelling Allowance.
