R der any restrictions on paymt of remuneration to managerial personnel for pvt ltd co.?
Plz do give reference to section
29 January 2015
Section 197 of the Companies Act, 2013 prescribed the maximum ceiling for payment of managerial remuneration by a public company. It is not applicable to private company.
However you should check provisions in Articles of Association of the company for related clause on director remuneration if any
