Management training for company secretary

which one is good by going training under pcs or under company? As I will be doing employment in a company not interested in opening a firm, so according to that which one will be good for me? Plzz do reply

My suggestion, go for some public limited listed companies to learn complete areas.

I think you should train under a PCS first.In a Company,your area of knowledge will be limited to that industry only,where as under a pcs you can go for a wide practical knowledge.After the completion of 15 months,if you could work in a listed Company,that will be beneficial to you.
