WHETHER IN CASE OF MAN POWER SUPPLY , IS IT NECESARY TO FILE RETURN BY SERVICE PROVIDER AS IN THIS CASE 100 % REVERSE CHARGE IS APLLICABLE .

Thanks for the reply .......... but in this payment has to be discharged by service reciver . On the basis of that challan he will be entitled of Cenvat Credit .
