18 March 2012 Hi,

In distribution business,a distributor deals in buying goods from a company which deals in such product and selling of such goods thereon.
while mentioning main object of the company of such distributor, dealing in trading, can we mention buying, selling, reselling of any goods?(because he can trade in any types of goods)

18 March 2012 The distibution agreement has to be checked first to know whether there is any restrictive class to deal other's products. If not, very well you can use the wordings given in the query. However, if you describe the goods a little for eg ' goods for human consumption'/ 'electronic goods' etc.,it will give clarity to the main object.
