Main object clause close should be deleted

I submitted form 1 for Incorporation of company to MCA and there is a two main object clause, 1 related to software and hardware mfg.and 2nd is manufacturing of electronic equipments, company doing both the activity combine, but mca reject 2nd main object clause of the company and resubmition to be required. So what i do so i can continue with both the object...

Yes, because these two object have two different category.

I will suggest you to add the following objects in place of 2nd object:

1. To manufacture , develop, improve, maintain, service, buy, sell, import, export, exchange and otherwise deal in all kinds of computer and micro processors based systems, their parts, components and systems, computer hardware and accessories and related equipment. Printed Circuit Board, Mother Board, computerised magnetic tapes, magnet drums, magnetic discs, magnetic cards, magnetic core magnetic tools and buy, sell or otherwise deal in all kinds of computer hardwares, softwares, their programmes and accessories including security systems, diagnosis to set up training institution and consultancy in computer and allied field.

2. To conduct the business of manufacture, sale, purchase, import; act as stockists, distributors, agents, traders, exchangers; of all kinds of electronic and computer components, computers and their inputs, computer and electronic hardwares and softwares, assemblies and sub assemblies, electronic, video and audio equipments in India and abroad.
