Long term capital gain exemtpion 54f

10 July 2018 Namaste all,
Assessee own one residential House and two plots/ land. sell one plot during Dec 2017, now to claim capital gain exemption can he buy a residential building as a co buyer along with his Daughter and son in law. Though he own one Plot and one residential house in his name on the date of transfer.

10 July 2018 Yes he can do so to get 54F exemption.
