Long Term Capital Gain on unlisted shares which are held for more than 3 years.
I want to know whether these are indexed or non-indexed and what is the rate of tax levied on such gains.

Can be indexed as per 2nd proviso to section 48.
Tax rate is 20% as a corollary to 2nd proviso to section 112.
