3 brothers have three firms each on proprietorsip basis. they want to purchase a property, (shortage of white fund)
2)can they from each firm give a gift of Rs. 25lac each, to one of their relative(sister,dad,son,wife etc.)and the relative would purchase the property.
or
1)can they from each firm give a loan of Rs.25lac each to one of their relative(sister,dad,son,wife etc.) and the relative will draw a cheq of Rs.75laks for the property. later on the relative will pay back the money in installments.
or
any other safe and profitable way
